4 pm - walk on the beach, gentle walk up through the bush, kayak or swim (if the weather allows), maybe just sit with a ‘cool one’ and chat whilst you watch the world go by
6 - 6.30 pm - dinner (baked ham, salmon, salads etc, etc. - vegetarian and gluten free options available)
