Following on from Jo’s update at Wed’s meeting, we can confirm that the Chinese teachers will NOT now be travelling from China. Unfortunately their required visas to enable them to leave China have been denied and at this point they have been told they cannot travel this year. We know that the teachers will be very disappointed.
THANK YOU to those that had offered to host or transport the teachers. Also, the hours of work by those who had planned the exchange is hugely appreciated.
Be assured that the club’s International team will soon be working on alternative plans for something equally exciting. Watch this space!
