The event is held at the Silverstream Retreat 3 Reynolds Bach Drive, Stokes Valley. It's first right turn off the road that takes you up to Silverstream Landfill, opposite the old Silverstream Steam Railway.

The BBQ will be at the Grasslands building, which is in the far left corner at the end of the driveway at the complex.
