Sport Wellington - Movement classes   
Live Stronger for Longer national movement aims to help you stay on your feet and living the life you want to live. One of the best and easiest ways to avoid falling is to build your muscle strength through exercise. Sport Wellington is organising Come and Try events that will provide older adults with the opportunity to try a range of exercise classes.
