What is your refund policy?
The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc will happily refund the cost of tickets to events, or fundraising activities if an event is cancelled.  A request for a refund should be made to the Organiser of the event.  You should receive your refund within 7 days of application.
 
What security is there for my payment?
Your payment is processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAYs secure servers.
 
What is your legal name?
Our legal name is The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc, a New Zealand owned incorporated society.

Online payments
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for making payments for fundraising events on our website.
When you enter your credit card information, you give The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc permission to process the transaction. Credit cards are charged in real time. By completing your payment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc may change, add, modify, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions prior to each use of the site. Using this site indicates your agreement to changes in the Terms and Conditions.
 
Event registration cancellation and refund policy
All registrations are subject to the event's cancellation and refund policy. Please refer to the event's website or registration materials to review the policy.
 
Contributions or donations
Your contribution to The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc is an irrevocable gift that will be used as you indicate. The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc, on behalf of The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Charitable Trust, will process your contribution. The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc does not offer any goods or services in return for contributions. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you donate funds through our website.
 
Contribution refund policy
If you or The Rotary Club of Hutt Valley Inc makes an error in your contribution, we will refund the transaction within 15 days of receipt of notice of the error. Refunds are returned using internet bank transfer.
